Our Complex Care Team is led by intensivists and works inside your building with your nurses and attending providers, for patients with severe cardiopulmonary, kidney and infectious problems.

Productivity pay.
No income caps.

You’re paid for the work you do, per work RVU, with no salary ceiling. Physicians can also earn medical director pay and a stipend for supervising nurse practitioners.
