Practice within established markets
Help develop specialty coverage in expansion regions

What This Role Looks Like
Provide specialty consultations within SNFs, ALFs, IRFs, and post-acute settings
Support facility teams managing complex patients requiring specialty oversight
Collaborate with attending providers and interdisciplinary care teams
Help improve outcomes and reduce avoidable hospital transfers
Maintain clinical autonomy while Axis supports operations and logistics

Required Qualifications
MD or DO (specialty trained physician)
Active Florida medical license (or eligibility)
Board-certified or board-eligible in specialty area

Strong communication skills with nursing and facility leadership teams
